I have lived the quiet struggle of being respected at work but feeling like a stranger at home.

I’ve walked through divorce, disconnection, and shame in that silence. My breakthrough came through sitting in the chaos and confronting hard work. I carry the axe of my ancestors and the discipline demanded by high-stakes environments, including the military community I served. I understand what service can cost—the hyper-vigilance, the armor that won’t come off, and the weight of generational trauma passed down like an unwanted heirloom.

My coaching is direct and grounded. I don’t fix and I don’t sugarcoat. I walk beside you so you can drop the shame, rise in your truth, and lead as the man your family, business, and future need.

I use NLP, (Neuro Linguistic Programming), to spot the patterns in your thoughts, language, and body and help you rewire them so your actions line up with your outcomes. I use hypnotherapy as a guided, cooperative trance to quiet the noise, focus the mind, and install change at a deeper level. I use breathwork to open the body, move stuck emotion, and integrate new direction with clear, safe protocols.

I study under some of the world’s most renowned polarity and relationship teachers, sharpening my work with masculine and feminine dynamics, leadership at home, and unshakable intimacy(in and out of the bedroom).
